We are located just southwest of Austin.

When coming from Downtown, North or Central Austin: via MoPac South,
exit Slaughter Lane and head east (left). Take a right on Brodie Lane and travel to the end.  Make a right on FM 1626. Turn right on Bliss Spillar Road (the first stoplight) and drive 1.3 miles to Carpenter Lane.
Turn left onto Carpenter Lane and drive approximately one mile to the end of the road. Proceed through the open orange gate to the top of the hill. The blue house is the Main House and the Cottage is the yellow house down the hill to the right of it.

When coming through Austin on IH-35 heading south,
take exit #225 (Onion Creek Parkway/FM 1626.)  Travel along the frontage road and then turn right onto FM 1626.  Travel 3.8 miles west on FM 1626 and then take a right on Bliss Spillar Road.  Drive 1.3 miles to Carpenter Lane.  Turn left onto Carpenter Lane and drive approximately one mile to the end of the road.  Proceed through the open orange gate to the top of the hill. The blue house is the Main House and the Cottage is the yellow house down the hill to the right of it.

When coming from South IH-35,
exit Slaughter Creek Overpass and turn left (heading West) over the highway bridge, then turn left onto the access road. Turn right onto FM 1626 and head west until you reach Bliss Spiller Road (the 5th light) and turn right.  Drive 1.3 miles to Carpenter Lane. Turn left onto Carpenter Lane and drive approximately 1 mile to the end of the road. Proceed through the open orange gate to the top of the hill. The blue house is the Main House and the Cottage is the yellow house down the hill to the right of it.
